QL TEENS

QL TEENS We talk, revise and consolidate

From the very first lesson, we practise the language in phrases or full sentences. Using modern multimedia presentations created exclusively for our lessons, students learn grammar in a simple and accessible way—without unnecessary, confusing rules or terminology.

We place strong emphasis on practical use of language structures in natural contexts. We speak a lot—conversation is a key part of every class.

We don’t teach for the grade—we teach so that teens speak, understand, and genuinely feel that the language has meaning.

Every minute of the lesson counts

We don’t waste time on lengthy notebook writing—written tasks are set as homework. We focus on frequent revision of both vocabulary and grammar. There’s no rote learning, and we don’t give tests.

Thanks to small group sizes and a personalised approach, we have a clear understanding of what our students already know and what still needs practice.

Our own original learning materials strongly support language acquisition. Every lesson is filled with effective, smart learning from the very first to the very last minute.

Less writing, more real learning...

In our lessons, we focus on the practical use of language – speaking, discussing, reading and listening with understanding. We watch engaging videos, work with presentations, and play language games – all to help students speak English freely and naturally.

We don’t waste time copying notes – everything important goes straight into the coursebook, making it easy to revisit at home.

Questions We Often Hear from Parents and Teens

We’ve gathered the most common ones to clear up any doubts and help you make the best decision.

We prepare students for the new Polish matura (school leaving) exam, the Year 8 (end of primary school) exam, and international language certificates such as FCE, CAE, CPE, IELTS and TOEFL.

In class, we focus on all the required skills – listening, reading, writing, and speaking – in a thoughtful and structured way.

In our exam preparation groups, we regularly practise test-style tasks, often together, to build a strong working rhythm and effective strategies. Students learn which tasks to tackle first, and which to leave for later – giving them a sense of calm and confidence when the real exam day arrives.

Just the right amount—not more, not less. No memorising rules. Students understand grammar by seeing it in action, not just written on a board.

Homework always has a clear purpose—never busywork or filler. Sometimes it’s grammar practice or vocabulary review from class. Other times, a short project, a prepared statement, or a recorded presentation on a chosen topic. Since lessons focus mainly on speaking, written work is saved for home—where students can organise their thoughts and consolidate learning at their own pace.

We don’t give “pass-or-fail” tests. Instead, we observe, take notes, track progress and give you and your child meaningful, constructive feedback.

Absolutely. We offer age- and level-appropriate groups. Whether they’re in high school, technical school, or even starting university—there’s something for everyone.
