QL Older KIDS

From the very first “hello” to confident conversation

We practise language in phrases or full sentences right from the very first lesson. With the help of modern multimedia presentations created exclusively for our classes, students grasp grammar in a simple, understandable way—without unnecessary, complicated rules and jargon.

We place strong emphasis on using structures practically and in natural contexts. Speaking plays a central role in our lessons—conversation is key.

Here, children learn to speak, not just complete exercises—without stress, without grammar tables, but with focus and at their own pace.

Learning without tests – but with real results

We don’t waste time on time-consuming notebook writing—written work is set as homework. We prioritise frequent revision of both vocabulary and grammar. We don’t teach by rote and we don’t do tests; instead, we believe in reinforcing material through regular homework tasks.

Thanks to small groups and a individualised approach, we have a clear picture of what our pupils already know and what still needs practice.

Our own in-house learning materials strongly support progress in language acquisition. Lessons are filled with effective, thoughtful learning from the first minute to the last.

It’s worth enrolling your child at QL School because…

Because we teach in a way that helps kids truly understand English and feel confident using it – step by step, we build their ease and trust in their own skills.

We don’t wait for the “right moment.” We dive straight in—with full sentences, in practical contexts, and without unnecessary theory.

In every group, we know exactly what each child can do and what they still need to practise. That’s what makes learning truly effective.

Clear, logical explanations and plenty of practice using our own original multimedia presentations.

No “pass-or-fail” tests. Instead, we offer consistent, valuable feedback that we share with parents. Simple and transparent!

Frequently Asked Questions – What Parents Want to Know

We’re parents too – and we understand what might be on your mind.

Yes. We have experience working with pupils at all levels – we create groups so that every child feels comfortable and has the chance to spread their wings.

We don’t check for grades – instead, we calmly observe what’s already working and what still needs practice. Feedback is regular and specific – for children and parents alike.

Just the right amount – no more, no less. Clearly explained, thoroughly practised, and then used naturally. Because language is life, not a list of rules.

Thanks to small group sizes, we know exactly what each child can do. Plus, consistent homework and notes in the materials ensure everything is clear—no surprises.

Tasks are well thought-out, manageable, and meaningful. They’re designed to reinforce the material covered in class—without overwhelming.

No – at QLSchool, we don’t use traditional notebooks. In lessons, we focus mainly on speaking, listening and hands-on learning. Short notes or answers are written directly in the coursebooks used every day. Longer writing tasks – to be done without pressure – are left for home, as part of well-structured revision.
